Creamy Basil and Spinach sauce with Wholewheat Penne

Washed and trimmed Basil and Spinach, blended with low-fat Ricotta cheese, Cashew nuts, Parmesan Cheese and Virgin Olive oil to create a creamy green sauce. Served on top of wholewheat penne pasta, garnished with crushed nuts.
